Currently our average response time in Swansea and Port Talbot areas is 28 minutes.

We operate a "Hiab" vehicle to carry scrapped and burnt out vehicles, and the facilities to de-pollute scrapped vehicles.

We hold a waste carrier license to carry scrapped vehicles, and have a contractual arrangement with a local scrap merchant, who posses the required ATF licence.

Our purpose built premises includes an independent administrations office, capable of receiving payments equipped with electronic messaging and record keeping facilities staffed 24 hours per day. We have an acre site for vehicle storage, including under cover storage which is protected by palisade fencing, CCTV. surveillance, which is manned 24 hours a day.

We are members of Association of Vehicle Recovery Operators and Road Haulage Association.

We also operate from our garage on Sarn Services, M4 Junction 36, Bridgend.

Through hard work and perseverance we were proud of the fact that our Managing Director has won the Welsh Business Women of the Year Award.
